Menedżer Kategorii (m/k)

We are seeking a Category Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for searching for new suppliers, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and co-creating the purchasing strategy within the assigned category. The ideal candidate will have higher education in economics or related fields, English proficiency, and minimum 2 years of experience in category management.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics or related fields
• English proficiency enabling fluent communication with suppliers
• Minimum 2 years of experience in category management
• Experience in managing projects related to the development of new products under private label brands
• Proficient use of analytical tools and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of the supplier and manufacturer market and the ability to identify optimal solutions
• Strong negotiation skills supported by proven achievements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• High motivation to work, creativity, and openness to new ideas
