Job Description
The ERP Specialist will provide technical support for the HR & Supply chain workstream, ensuring the ERP systems are properly exploited by users and providing technical support for troubleshooting and fixing problems.
Requirements
- Investigate ERP incidents, problems, and requests
- Determine appropriate remedial actions
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and fix problems
- Work closely with ERP organization, SMEs, and end users
- Participate in testing and validation of tickets
- Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring issues
- Provide support to SMEs for moderate to complex functionalities
- Update system training documentation
- Conduct and support end-user training
- Actively partner with ERP organizations & SMEs to identify improvements
- Designs, develops, maintains, and executes testing of new and changed functionality
- Supports IT testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation
- Provides moderate to complex programming and support functions
- Work with business stakeholders to provide end-user training
