Aircraft Manager - Business Jets Completions

Jet Aviation Completions is seeking an Aircraft Project Operations Manager to lead the Technical Operations Team and oversee project delivery, quality, and compliance in a global environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Solid and proven Supervisory experience within the Aviation business
• Understanding of finance, budgets, and successful management of teams within performance targets
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles (preferred)
• Green Belt/ Black Belt Certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated successful leadership experience within an aerospace organization (Completion Center, OEM, MRO business or similar)
• Experience of managing large and complex projects
• Leadership and clear communication
• Strong communication and customer relations
• Planning, Communication, Influencing and Conflict Management
• Organizational and managerial competence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player
• Ability to build and motivate a team, coaching and mentoring
• Fluent in English - Level B1 minimum
