Jet Aviation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to join our team in Teterboro, New Jersey or Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of aviation operations and safety protocols.
Requirements
- FAA Aircraft Dispatch License or Private Pilot License
- 3 years of hands-on experience in the aviation industry as a flight dispatcher or flight controller
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Proficient in MS office, including word, excel, and outlook
- Experience collaborating with teams utilizing MS office tools
