Job Description
As a Technical Trainer & Training Specialist, you will design and deliver high-quality training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. You will work with maintenance, completion, and production teams across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an aviation environment
- Part-66 B1/C or B2/C license preferred
- Solid understanding of EASA regulations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Human Factors
- Foundational technical knowledge in maintenance and production
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS tools, ideally SuccessFactors
- Interest in continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluent in English verbal and written. German and French are a plus
