Physical Therapist

Klarus Home Health is seeking a PRN / Per Diem Licensed Physical Therapist to provide PT services to patients in the Waxahachie, Texas / Ellis County and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Must be willing to do a Saturday rotation approximately once every 4-6 weeks
• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities to develop individualized care plans
• Plan, implement, and modify physical therapy treatment programs based on patients' medical referrals and assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in physical therapy
