Registered Nurse - Home Health

Jet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) Case Managers to provide quality home health care to their patients in the surrounding areas. Requirements

• Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License
• One-year clinical experience preferred
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred
• Demonstrated nursing practice knowledge
• State driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
• Ability to follow assigned care plan
• Accurate documentation of observations and procedures
• Client assessment and case management
• Follow-up with doctors' orders and client reviews
• Client consultations
• Case Management and coordination
• Accurate records and documentation
