Job Description
Jet Health, Inc / Klarus Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team, providing quality home health care to community-based patients in mid Dallas, TX and Ellis County.
Requirements
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Provide case management and coordination of care
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
