Speech Language Pathologist

Jet Health / Klarus Home Health is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team in the Dallas County area. The role involves providing therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, including planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current State License in Speech-Language Pathology or meets the requirements listed in 42 CFR §484.115(n); current Driver’s License.
• One year of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation setting or home health preferred.
• Therapy skills in line with generally accepted standards of practice; good interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
• Perform ongoing clinical assessments and develop/evaluate care plans.
• Apply infection control and universal precautions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and QAPI program participation.
