Job Description
Klarus Home Health is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Weekend Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in the West Fort Worth, TX area, enrolled in their home health program. This role offers on-site work, work-life balance, autonomy, and a supportive environment, with a focus on patient well-being and healthcare delivery in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current State license as a Physical Therapist or multi-state license from a National Physical Therapy Compact (PT Compact) member state.
- Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting, with experience in Home Health, geriatrics, or medical-surgical preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
