Job Description
Trio Home Health (Jet Health, Inc.) is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide home health services in Texas. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients, with a focus on patient well-being and a dynamic, supportive work environment. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current State license as a Physical Therapist or a Multi-state license from a National Physical Therapy Compact (PT Compact) member
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting
- Experience in Home Health, geriatrics, or medical-surgical preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong nursing skills
