Job Description
Klarus Home Health is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in the White Settlement, Azle, and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Must be willing to do a Saturday rotation approximately once every 4-6 weeks
- Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques
- Educate patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
