Weekend Physical Therapist - Home Health

Klarus Home Health is seeking a PRN/Per Diem, licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy to patients in the Cleburne, TX area and potentially Granbury. This role focuses on initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care for patients, offering a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on patient well-being. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
• Current State license as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
