The Manager, Investor Relations, plays a critical leadership role within the Investor Relations (IR) function, serving as a strategic partner to the Director of Investor Relations and senior leadership. This role is responsible for helping shape and articulate the company’s investment thesis, financial strategy, and long-term value proposition to the investment community.
Requirements
- Lead preparation and execution of quarterly earnings processes
- Partner with Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and executive leadership
- Support the Director, Investor Relations as a point of contact for buy-side and sell-side analysts and investors
- Support investor targeting efforts and shareholder base strategy
- Coordinate and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and non-deal roadshows
- Provide ongoing analysis of stock performance, valuation, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment
- Synthesize analyst research, estimate trends, and competitive developments into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and capital markets trends to inform management decision-making
- Oversee content and governance of the Investor Relations website and disclosure materials
- Support preparation of IR-related materials for Board of Directors meetings
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the Senior Analyst
- Elevate analytical rigor and improve IR processes and tools
- Drive continuous improvement in IR reporting, modeling, and communication frameworks
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement
