We are looking for an experienced purchasing accountant to intervene in the entire purchasing accounting process within a team of 6 people. The candidate will play a key role in securing operations, accounting analysis, and technical support to colleagues.

Requirements

• Ensure complete and reliable treatment of supplier invoices and payments
• Perform daily accounting reconciliations and analyze discrepancies
• Analyze and resolve accounting anomalies (invoices, supplier statements, disputes)
• Maintain and produce supplier account reports and tracking tables
• Follow, treat, and respond to emails from the purchasing accounts service
• Provide technical and methodological support to team members
• Participate in continuous process improvement, documentation of procedures, and cross-functional projects of the service
