IOCC Duty Manager

We are looking for an IOCC Duty Manager who will act as the central decision-maker, coordinating operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all flights. The role will involve providing strong leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within an operations environment.
• High Energy, driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident problem-solver, solution driven.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Leadership and organizational skills that are strong, versatile, and able to resolve conflicts.
