We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented IT Support professional to join our IT department at Luxembourg Airport.
Requirements
- First point of contact for users
- Address and resolve support tickets efficiently and effectively
- Qualify unresolved issues and act as a liaison with IT service providers and other departments
- Hardware setup (laptops, phones...)
- Manage onboarding processes, including hardware and software setup
- Manage and maintain the IT assets inventory and restocking
- Provide dedicated support to pilots and remote employees, including those at different sites
- Operational management of our corporate applications
- Maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation and support procedures
- Train users on new technologies and IT policies
- Follow ITIL standards
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service quality
