Lead Counselor for Younger Campers

The JCC Ranch Camp is hiring a Lead Counselor for Younger Campers to work with 2nd-4th graders and support their physical, social, and emotional health and well-being.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a child care setting or a vested interest in working in a professional child care setting
• Two years of experience in a child care setting
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Completed some college coursework or high school diploma (GED) or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate
• High-energy, enthusiastic, creative, and open-minded
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
