Director of Community Engagement

Jewish Family Service of Dallas is seeking a Director of Community Engagement to lead and manage the strategy and execution of volunteer services and broader community engagement efforts. The role involves overseeing volunteer recruitment, training, and retention efforts, as well as enhancing the agency's community visibility through events and outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a certified college or University
• 3+ years of proven leadership and management skills
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Database experience (VolunteerHub a plus)
• Experience in program development and public speaking
• Strong skills in administration, coordination, communication and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
