Job Description
As a CNA Behavior Specialist, you will collect and analyze behavioral information, develop individualized Behavioral Care Plans, and work with patients and staff to promote safe and supportive care. You will also assist with crisis intervention, direct patient care, and monitor patient behavior and well-being.
Requirements
- Completion of two years full-time coursework in a Human Services field
- Two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must successfully complete Dementia Care training
