Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist role is an integral contributor to the Accounts Payable group, ensuring vendors are maintained correctly and performing a wide range of administrative support tasks for AP.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Experience with ERP system preferably NAV/BC but not essential
- Strong work ethics, organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
