The Construction Crew Leader provides daily direction and coordination for a specific group of Construction Crew Technicians, ensuring high quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry
• Ability to successfully lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Techs
• Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer throughout the workday
• Willingness to travel, up to 50-60% of the time
