Job Description
Jiffy Lube is seeking highly motivated Automotive Assistant Managers certified in all areas of store operations. These role-specific managers will oversee teammates, maintain quality, and provide consistent guidance while maintaining a leading presence in the store and ensuring a high level of customer service. Jiffy Lube University training programs are provided, with a focus on career development for J-Team members.
Requirements
- Certified in all areas of store operations
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube.
- High school diploma or GED with a possibility to earn college credits through Jiffy Lube courses.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to speak effectively with guests and teammates.
- Computer skills (POS invoicing, transactions, payments, and promotions).
