Job Description
The Automotive Store Manager at Jiffy Lube Stores is responsible for the overall guest experience, increasing sales, controlling costs, managing profitability, and ensuring technical proficiency among team members. Requirements
- Previous experience is essential and MUST have a minimum of 2 years working for a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Energetic, hardworking, and able to multi-task
- Must have a passion and dedication for automotive sales, service, and customer care
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
