Job Description
Lower Bay Technicians are responsible for servicing vehicles and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. They focus on guest needs and expectations, assisting with services like Jiffy Lube signatures, chassis fluids, and tire rotations. Comprehensive training is provided by Jiffy Lube University.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube (1+ year)
- High school diploma or GED (college credit is an option)
- Must be able to read and interpret documents and speak effectively
- Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to operate basic shop equipment
