Requirements
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Work with service advisors and technicians to identify customer needs
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
- Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of vehicle
- Meet dealership standards for repair order production
- Valid in-state driver's license
