Job Description
We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team at Jim N Nicks Bar-B-Q. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef and will be responsible for preparing scratch made food items according to recipes, standards and procedures.
