Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience, preferably with CDJR brands
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays
