Experienced Parts Advisor

North Hills Toyota is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their Parts Department. The role involves collaborating with the Parts Manager, managing parts orders, handling customer requests, and maintaining inventory. The dealership is a rapidly growing, customer-focused organization in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

• Prior dealership parts experience is required
• Strong understanding of inventory and receiving processes
• Knowledge of CDK is required
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• A commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
