Requirements

• Design and build scalable, resilient microservices
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects
• Write high-quality, maintainable code, and ensure rigorous testing and fault tolerance
• Drive architectural decisions and influence long-term engineering strategy for the team
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams
• Take ownership of operational excellence
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical deep dives and code reviews
