We are looking for an IT Asset Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As an IT Asset Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring Jiscâs assets are well-managed, compliant, and fully aligned with our regulatory and operational needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using asset management software and tools to maintain accurate asset records
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems to support asset lifecycle activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret asset data and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams and producing clear reports
- Previous experience in asset management, procurement, service enablement or a similar operational IT role
- Demonstrable experience supporting Windows, macOS and iOS devices across the full asset lifecycle
