Platform Reliability and Release Manager - Hybrid - Permanent

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our FinSys Platform team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Concur and a range of SaaS platforms. This role blends the discipline of a Systems Reliability Engineer with the orchestration of a DevOps Release Manager, ensuring our platforms remain stable, resilient and ready for the future.

Requirements

• Planning and managing both short-term stability and long-term scalability of the Platform
• Leveraging software engineering practices to automate operational tasks
• Owning and executing a robust release management process across all Platform environments
• Defining and managing release readiness and success criteria
• Managing change control processes to ensure all updates meet release readiness criteria prior to deployment
