Assistant Engineering Manager

JLL is seeking an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to lead facilities management teams in maintaining and improving office buildings. The role involves managing MEP systems, building equipment, and budgets, while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering and facilities management
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, lighting, and water supply
• Experience managing and maintaining building equipment including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
