Assistant Facilities Manager

The Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee multiple facility management aspects, from maintenance and operations to vendor management and safety protocols, ensuring the facility maintains high standards in operations and maintenance. The role involves managing comprehensive facility operations and maintenance for facility management professionals, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and service excellence. The incumbent will conduct regular facility inspections, monitor building systems, and coordinate various facility services, including housekeeping, security, and waste management.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of facility management operations with significant experience in managing commercial facilities
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements with ability to supervise and train facility management team members
• Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications with excellent technical and management skills
