Assistant Facilities Manager（大阪）

The Assistant Facilities Manager role is responsible for managing assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio, including relationship management, compliance, process management, and people management. The role will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
