Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead and manage day-to-day IFM operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or above with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or IFM, and prior experience working in a corporate environment.
Requirements
- Lead and manage day-to-day IFM operations
- Conduct regular site walk-throughs
- Oversee Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC)
- Implement and manage the Preventive Maintenance Program
