Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital supporting role in the daily operations of a suburban commercial Office portfolio in Yardley, PA. You will oversee the property in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager, work closely with tenants, vendors, and engineers, and learn valuable skills while drafting vital financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
- Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire date
- 3-5 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations
- Experience in budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively
- Strong communication skills
