Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate or property management experience
- Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, etc
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Possesses financial and accounting acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required software programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to work with limited standardization and interpret instructions effectively
