Job Description
As an Assistant Property Manager at JLL, you will play a vital supporting role in the daily operations of an office portfolio in Charlotte, NC. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to develop your expertise while working alongside experienced professionals who are shaping a brighter way for our clients and communities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in corporate services, facilities operations, or customer service management
- Basic understanding of facilities operations and vendor coordination
- 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively
