Assistant Technical Manager

As an Assistant Technical Manager at JLL, you will oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility, ensuring 100% uptime of all critical equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, establishing engineering and operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical/electronic & communication/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years in critical/corporate environment
• People skills and ability to interact with the client staff and demands
• PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• Communication skills, both oral and written
• Working knowledge of office Electro-mechanical & Fire Safety infra like electrical system, UPS system, Air-conditioning, FAS & BMS operation
• Risk Management and process requirements
