Assistant Technical Manager

The Assistant Technical Manager will oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility, ensuring 100% uptime of all critical equipment, and coordinate with vendors for AMC services. The role will involve managing M&E scope of projects, reviewing maintenance/service practices, and implementing energy management programs to reduce costs on utilities.

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical/electronic & communication/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years in critical/corporate environment
• People skills and ability to interact with client staff and demands
• PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• Communication skills, both oral and written
• Working knowledge of office Electro-mechanical & Fire Safety infra like electrical system, UPS system, Air-conditioning, FAS & BMS operation
• Risk Management and process requirements
• Flexible for work 24 x 7 Environment
