
Job description
We are seeking an Associate Occupancy Planner to support the regional space planning team in the delivery of data management, data analysis and support move planning activities. The role will collaborate and communicate with other members of the regional Occupancy Planning team, Facilities Operations team, and client partners to resolve data anomalies, improve data quality and ensure accurate reporting of occupancy metrics.
As the Associate Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for managing the client's occupancy data, auditing CAFM data, conducting space audits, creating and tracking move projects, and ensuring timely CAFM updates of space and occupancy data related to moves/adds/changes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the process of occupancy updates and the development of move projects in the client's CAFM system. This position requires collaboration with team members, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines.
