Building Operator

JLL is hiring a Building Operator to join the property maintenance team at University Ave in Toronto, ON. The Operator will be responsible for operation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. The role requires a rotating shift schedule and the ability to respond to emergency call-backs.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in building repairs/operations
• BES certification is strongly preferred
• Aptitude to learn state-of-the-art Building Automation Systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform the requirements of the job with minimal supervision
