Job Description
We are seeking a Change Management Associate to support enterprise-wide change management initiatives as part of JLL's Strategy 2030 transformation programs. The role involves implementing organizational adoption strategies, executing training programs, and supporting incentive frameworks to accelerate transformation success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, project coordination, or related people-focused roles
- Experience supporting training delivery, employee engagement initiatives, or organizational programs
