Job Description
Join JLL as a Chief Engineer and serve as an engineering leader at our Broomfield campus! In this critical role, you will oversee the efficient, safe, and responsible operation of all building systems and equipment while leading a talented engineering team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related experience, especially as a Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, or similar role
- People management experience (leading a team)
- Trade school education, union training, military service, or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive
- Strong customer service and communication skills
