Construction Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Project and Development Services team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and 5+ years of experience in project or construction management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management
• Commercial construction project management experience required
• Strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage client and vendor relationships
• Proficiency in project management technology tools
• Proven track record of results
