The role involves leading and motivating project teams, managing project finances, and implementing quality control measures. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, and 4-6 years of experience in project management. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MEP or Infrastructure projects
- Knowledge or experience in manufacturing projects
