The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic thinking, consulting rigor, and execution leadership, with experience in real estate or facilities. This role involves shaping and delivering high-impact transformation projects for leading real estate and facilities organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with significant focus on transformation strategy, program leadership, and large-scale execution within the facilities and real estate space
- Proven experience advising clients on complex real estate and facilities transformation initiatives
- Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- Superior executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary project teams within the real estate and facilities space
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, operations, HR, technology, and real estate functions
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to analysis, solution development, transformation planning, and client delivery
