Job Description
JLL is seeking a Director, Engineering Services to lead the execution of its global engineering program across the Asia-Pacific region. The role will focus on engineering service delivery, asset lifecycle management, cost optimization, and energy management in partnership with sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) deployment across the Asia-Pacific region
- Implementation and maintenance of accurate logbooks and regular inspections
- Completion of vendor procedural reviews and validation of regulatory compliance
- Engineering service delivery excellence through customer-focused service delivery and data-driven results
- Asset lifecycle management through self-inspection program and work order management
- Preventive maintenance program management and cost optimization through predictive maintenance and energy management
- Technology implementation and reporting through MOR metrics and key performance indicators
