Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in critical facility or engineering-focused facilities management
- Proven track record managing engineering operations in mission-critical environments
- Strong team leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates calm judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
