Job Description
We are looking for a multi skilled and proactive Fabric Technician to join our dynamic Workplace Management team at a prestigious client site in London. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical fabric of the building to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, compliant, and first-class environment for our clients and their employees.
Requirements
- Perform a wide range of fabric-related maintenance and repair tasks
- Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks as scheduled
- Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and the setup of meeting and event spaces
- Escort and supervise third-party contractors on-site
